This website offers Laboratory Forms (templates) that I have developed over the past several years for use in the laboratories I have directed or consulted to.  Most of these templates have been well evaluated and calculations verified by comparison to same on Excel spreadsheets or other sources. It is good laboratory practice, and highly recommended that you do the same diligence before putting to use in your laboratory.

The SmartLabTools forms (applications) have been created using Java-Script programming. I hope you will appreciate the time and effort that goes into the development of each form.  The Levey-Jennings form, for example, has over 800 blocks of code.
