ARE YOUR QC VALUES WITHIN ALLOWABLE ERROR LIMITS?

This SmartLabTools Template calculates Q.C. Ranges based on user entered Mean and defined limits of allowable error(Limit%), and/or Value (taken as 2SD).

CLIA Proficiency Testing maximum allowable limits are shown in this example (Click and Scroll for CLIA'88 limits below).

To calculate Q.C. Ranges, click on the 'Reset' button at bottom of form. You may then re-define Heading, Instrument, Control Descriptions, Analyte Description. Enter the respective Mean(s), and allowable TEa Limit%(top section) or Limit Value(bottom section). The 2SD, 1SD, Low, High values are automatically calculated.
