SLT_424 CalVer Assessment

Use this template for Calibration Verification when replicates are performed. The Mean of the replicates is compared with the allowable limits, and Target for acceptability and % Recovery.

I like this template when using previously tested samples (usually frozen), and re-testing for the required 6-month Calibration Verification study.

Calibration Verification:

• Enter Target Value and Allowable Error Limit %, and Target Limits are automatically calculated

• Enter Observed Values, a Mean is calculated and compared to the Target Limits for % Recovery

• Interpretation of "Within Range" or "Exceeds Range" is given

• Verify Analyte Measurement Range and Document Replicate Reproducibility
